Preatment system
Preatment equipment such as mechanical filter,active carbon filter,deion and demanganese filter,high speed filter,which is usually made by steel or stainless steel,combined with such equipments as reagent addition,areation,softening, is widely used in raw water containing multiple matters.It is mainly used to remove suspended solids,organic colloids,residual chlorine,ion,manganese,and so on.The diameter is between 300 and 3600.

Reverse osmosis
Reverse osmosis (RO) is used to reduce dissolved solids from feed waters with salinities up to 45,000 ppm TDS (total dissolved solids). Municipalities and industrial facilities are able to use RO permeate as a consistently pure drinking water supply and to transform drinking water to high purity water for industrial use at microelectronics, food and beverage, power, and pharmaceutical facilities. The technology is also very effective at removing bacteria, pyrogens, and organic contaminants.
Reverse osmosis separation technology is used to remove dissolved impurities from water through the use of a semi-permeable membrane. RO involves the reversal of flow through a membrane from a high salinity, or concentrated, solution to the high purity, or "permeate", stream on the opposite side of the membrane. Pressure is used as the driving force for the separation. The applied pressure (P) must be in excess of the osmotic pressure of the dissolved contaminants to allow flow across the membrane.
We uses spiral wound membranes - tightly packed filter material sandwiched between mesh spacers and wrapped in a small-diameter tube - to desalt and demineralize process water. The membrane's operating conditions are fine-tuned to balance the flux, or the amount of water which passes through the membrane, with the specific rejection rates of contaminants to achieve up to 99.8% salt rejection at low pressures and high flux rates.

electrodialysis
Electrodialysis is an electromembrane process in which ions are transported through ion permeable membranes from one solution to another under the influence of a potential gradient. The electrical charges on the ions allow them to be driven through the membranes fabricated from ion exchange polymers. Applying a voltage between two end electrodes generates the potential field required for this. Since the membranes used in electrodialysis have the ability to selectively transport ions having positive or negative charge and reject ions of the opposite charge, useful concentration, removal, or separation of electrolytes can be achieved by electrodialysis.

Ion exchanger
Ion exchangers are used to remove salts (cations and anions) from the water.
The applications are:
Softening - Removal of Calcium (Ca) and Magnesium (Mg) ions
Demineralisation - Removal of a part or all ions from water
Removal of NH4+ from waste water
Selective cation ion-exchange for the removal of heavy metals

Also we can supply several ion resins for retrofitting in existing ion exchanger units. ultrafilter/Microfilter
Ultrafilter and microfilter membrances belong to a pressure-propellant
membrance technology with normally lower differential pressure. The
uitrafilter membrance separation is in the range of 0.008 to 0.012μm
of particles such as carbon black, albumen, bacteria, virus, heat
source, etc. Microfilter membrance is used for separation of suspended
matter, foreign solids in water, etc.
